Domestic Shipping Policy (UK Shipping)

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Bank Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All UK orders are shipped via Myhermes. The charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages

LTLapparel.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

International Shipping Policy

We ship to Europe, US and Rest of the world

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and signed Service. The Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns Policy

We believe that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions when you want to cancel or return your order after we have dispatched your goods to you.

Cancellations – You can cancel your order, within 12 hours of placing that order. You must contact info@ltlapparel.com immediately within that timeframe with your order number and cancellation reasons. (please put Cancellations as your email subject)

Returns – When you have received your LTLapprael clothing, and you wish to return your items this must be done within 14 days of receiving your items.  You must contact info@ltlapparel.com  (please put Returns as your email subject). You must have your original receipt e-mail and you must return the goods unworn, in their original condition and packaging to us along with the receipt e-mail.

A full refund will be issued if it is clear the products haven’t been used or damaged in any way & in their original packaging. When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. Postal costs incurred by you will not be reimbursed.

Please do not return items to us without having contacted us in advance.

Damaged or incorrect goods

If you wish to return an item to us that is damaged or which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods so we can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace the damaged/wrong items. Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order can do so by emailing us at info@ltlapparel.com  (please put Damaged Goods/ Faults as your email subject).

All incorrect/damaged items must be returned to us unworn in their original condition and packaging.

Please do not return items to us without having contacted us in advance. We will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to us.
